The Antique Caterpillar Machinery Museum is a 501(c)3 non profit
organization formed in 1996 by a group of Caterpillar
enthusiasts from the Pacific Northwest. The objective of the
Museum is to construct and operate a permanent museum dedicated
to honoring the excellence and achievements of the Caterpillar
product and its extensive contributions over many years of
innovation and development.
The museum will engage an active program of
exhibition, demonstration and education in a museum format.
Aspects of the program will entail preservation and operation of
antique Caterpillar equipment, collection and documentation of
historical materials supported by development and operation of
an archival library system, and pursuit of learning, education
and enjoyment of the many facets of Caterpillar heritage.
